Our Mission
Whisker Mobile Rescue was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to save as many cats as possible through immediate response and expert care. We believe that every cat deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life.
Our mobile rescue team operates throughout the city and surrounding areas, ready to respond to emergency situations involving cats in distress. From abandoned kittens to injured strays, we're committed to providing rapid intervention when cats need it most.
What makes us unique is our specialized mobile rescue units - fully equipped vehicles that function as rolling veterinary clinics, allowing us to provide critical care right at the scene when necessary. This mobile approach saves precious time during emergencies and helps reduce the stress on injured or frightened cats.
Beyond emergency response, we work diligently on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs to humanely manage community cat populations, provide education on responsible pet ownership, and facilitate adoptions to place rehabilitated cats in loving forever homes.
Our Journey
A Humble Beginning
Whisker Mobile Rescue began with just one van and three dedicated volunteers responding to local cat emergencies.
Growing Our Impact
Expanded to two rescue vehicles and implemented our first TNR program, helping over 200 community cats.
Major Milestone
Rescued our 1,000th cat and launched our partnership program with local veterinary clinics to provide expanded medical services.
Community Recognition
Received the Community Hero Award for our work during the flood emergency, rescuing over 150 cats from affected areas.
Continuing Our Mission
Now operating with a fleet of five specialized rescue vehicles and a team of 25 dedicated staff and volunteers.
